Adapting UX frameworks and process to meet client and organisational needs

While working at various organisations, including Capita and Unisys I have worked with teams and projects at differing levels of UX and Agile maturity. This has meant that in some cases the UX strategy needed to be adapted, or a particular framework or model would be followed to increase UX adoption inside of projects.

Depending on how much UX involvement was required on a project, the UX methods that would be relevant and capable within the defined scope and timelines would also need to adapt.

Strategy and Process Models

Belowo are some examples of process documenation and agile ways of working that have been used to advocate the best approach for engaging UX within teams. I have created these plus other presentations and packs of information when needing to communicate how UX can be involved at various stages of the development lifecycle.
